CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 45% fee of the total service cost. • No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to show up to their appointment without notice will be charged a 65% no-show fee and may be added to a no-show list, which could affect future booking privileges. • Late Arrivals: • For waxing services, arriving more than 5 minutes late may potentially result in the service being canceled, and a 45% cancelation fee could be applied. • For facial services, there is a 15-minute grace period; however, any missed time will potentially be deducted from your service, and the appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time. • Deposits & Payments: All deposits and any fees paid are non-refundable. • Discount Policy: Only one discount may be applied per appointment. Once you book or pre-book your appointment—whether online or directly through me—your time is reserved and confirmed. I appreciate your understanding, as these policies allow me to manage my schedule effectively and serve each client with care and attention.
